My name is Mrs. Aalbers. I grew up in Orange City and attended Orange City Elementary as a child. I graduated from Northwestern College in 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education and minors in coaching and reading. I received my Masters of Education from Morningside in 2012. I currently live in Alton with my husband Brent, and three sons: Ryder, Wyatt, and Jarrett.

I graduated from Oostburg High School in Oostburg, Wisconsin before moving to northwest Iowa where I attended Northwestern College. In 2002 I graduated from NWC majoring in Elementary Education with endorsements in reading and special education. In 2014 I graduated from Morningside College with a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree. I had the privilege of being a substitute teacher for MOC-FV for two years before earning my position at Hospers Elementary in 2004. In 2010 I began teaching 4th grade at Orange City Elementary. Currently, I am a special education teacher in the Resource Room.
My husband, Joel, is a sixth grade teacher at Alton Middle School. We live in Orange City with our three children: Becca, Andrew, and Greta. We love spending our free time together as a family attending sporting events, taking trips to Wisconsin, shopping, biking, baking, and reading.

I graduated from Northwestern college in 2012 and also began coaching at MOC-FV the same year. I am married to Justin Boersma and we have two sons Juddson and Kolton. We live on a farm outside of Hospers. I love being involved in our volleyball programs in and out of season and spending time with my family.

Jack Bonnecroy graduated from Northwestern College in 2012 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. After having previously worked at MOC-Floyd Valley in the technology department, he’s returned in a combined position helping both with transportation and technology. Outside of work, you can find him helping with the Pride of the Dutchmen Marching Band, crewing for the local hot air balloon, or helping out on the family farm.

I graduated from Dordt College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Special Education and have worked with special needs individuals since 2005. I grew up in Sioux Center but now live in Orange City with my husband, Adam, our two kids, James & Emma, and our dog, Jasmine. I’ve been the K-12 tech instructional coach since 2014. I often refer to this as my “dream job” because it truly is! Prior to that I was a tech director for 16 years and enjoyed that as well. I like presenting at tech conferences and coordinating our local Tech Integrationist Group. I’ve served on several STEM committees and taught tech integration courses at the post secondary level.
When I’m not spending time as a “geek” I love to spoil grandkids, buy them the noisiest toys, feed them sugar and then send them (and their toys) back to their parents.

While they were younger, I substitute taught for ten years, and I am currently in my tenth year working as a para and directing the Study Center at the Middle School.

My name is Marissa Maassen and I am a second grade teacher at Orange City Elementary. I absolutely love my job and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!! I grew up near Hull, Iowa where I loved playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. I am married to Aaron Maassen, and we live on an acreage 1 mile east of Maurice. My husband is part owner of Maassen Dairy near Maurice. We have four children who keep us very busy! Their names are Seth, Aric, Peyton, and Mariah. They are all in school, and we enjoy going to all of their activities. Some of my hobbies are reading, riding bike, and doing things with my family.

My husband, Milt, and I visit our two grandsons in CA whenever we can find the time. I love to read, visit the ocean, and be outside in nature.
I received my bachelor’s degree from NWC in 2006 and my master’s degree from Graceland University in 2013. My husband and I have three children and live on an acreage outside of Orange City. We enjoy taking care of plants and animals and anything else that has to do with the outdoors!

Graduated from NWC and earned my masters from Iowa State University. Married to Anita and have four children, Carlin, Reed, Natalie and Tenley. Starting my 6th year as the Middle School principal at MOC-Floyd Valley. Previously served in administrative roles in the Garner-Hayfield and Atlantic school districts.
Mr. Stauffer has been a part of the MOC-Floyd Valley family for the past 22 years. He is originally from Greene, Iowa, but now resides in Orange City with his lovely wife, Laura, and their children, William, Thomas, and Emily. Stauffer has received his BA and MA degrees from the University of Northern Iowa in the fields of Communication, Theatre Arts, and English education. Mr. Stauffer believes that speech and performance are two of the most worthwhile activities for developing self-confidence in young people. Other activities to which Stauffer volunteers his time include: announcing at or participating in various school-related functions, announcing at the Tulip Festival Mode Show, and crewing for a local hot air balloon “Up and Atom.”

Hello! When I’m at Hospers Elementary, I’m “Mrs. T.G.” When I”m at the Middle School, I’m “The OTHER Mrs. T.G.” I’m the wife of Scott, the mother of Natalie and Kyle, and the daughter-in-law of Willard and Janice. While I grew up a city girl in Sioux Falls, I thoroughly enjoy life on the farm. I graduated from Northwestern with my bachelor’s degree in 1993 and then completed my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Dordt in 2007. I taught 2nd grade for 12 years and 5th grade for 8 years before changing roles to become the K-8 Literacy Coach in 2015. I also dabble a bit at the high school, working with the English teachers there occasionally. I’m an officer and active member of the local Northwest Iowa Reading Council, and I enjoy leading summer workshops, graduate classes, and presenting sessions for both literacy and technology conferences. My husband and I are big fans of Dutch athletics and enjoy Red Raider basketball as well.

My name is Linda Van Regenmorter, and I am entering my 27th year of teaching as I begin the 2018-19 school year. I earned my degree from Northwestern College. My family includes my husband Brad, son Mitchel, and daughter Alayna.
I received my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa, my masters degree in Differentiated Instruction from Graceland University. I live on a farm near Alton with my husband. We have two grown daughters that we are very proud of. I love teaching students new things.
I am a nurse in both Hospers Elementary and the Middle School. I am married to Mark, who is currently away for the Air Force. We have three children; Landan(14), Ava(10) and Paxtan(4). I like to read and write. As a family we enjoy camping, off-roading in our jeep and playing cards or board games.

I have been married to my husband, Korey, for five years and we enjoy traveling together. When I’m not teaching, you can find me reading, crafting, or singing.

I am Abby Vande Kieft, or Mrs. VK. I attended SDSU to receive my bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Morningside College to receive a Biology 5-12 teaching certificate.
